We are happy to assist you in attesting your document by the India embassy, Please find the required steps below;
Step 1: Send us an email
Email us, requesting you want to legalise your document by the India embassy, You must include what type of document you want legalised.
Step 2: Gather the required documents
Required documents:
- Original document ( e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate, University degree, etc.)
- A clear copy of your UK passport ( If you hold a non-UK passport, A clear copy of your UK residency card or student is required.
for University degree only, you are required to also provide:
-University letter
- Original University transcript
*Please note that the India embassy may require additional documentation if necessary.
Step 3: Post or drop off your documents
Send us the required documents by post or drop it off to our office at:

(please note: when you send it by post to our office, please include you full return address and contact details. Once you have sent it, kindly send us an email and we will update you once we receive it)
Once we have all the correct documents, the document legalisation process takes 10 working day to be stamped on your document
Once we have received all the required documents, We will begin processing your document legalisation process as soon as we receive it. We will contact you if additional information is required. An invoice will be sent to you once the application has been submitted.
For applications delivered in person to our offices, A1 Visa Services opening hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
