Step 1: Send us an email
Email us, requesting you want to apply for an Russian visa and what type of visa you require.
Step 2: Gather the required documents
Requirements for Russia visa:
1) Original passport ( Must have 2 blank pages facing each other + Must be valid for 9 months)
2) 2 photo with white background ( photo guidelines)
3) invitation letter from your Russian sponsor The invitation must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its regional representatives.
4) Please complete the visa application form on (https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx ). It must have; the applicants original signature, Must not be older than 30 days from the completion of the form, have no handwritten changes or modifications.
Step 3: Post or drop off your documents
Send us the required documents by post or drop it off to our office at:

Once we have all the correct documents, the visa process takes 5 working day to be stamped in your passport
Once we have received all the required documents and the completed forms, We will begin processing your visa application as soon as we receive it. We will contact you if additional information is required. An invoice will be sent to you once the application has been submitted.
For applications delivered in person to our offices, A1 Visa Services opening hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
